| It should be noted that a small number of circuit boards found in older equipment have been superseded. In this situation, we will advise you and offer two alternatives. The first, is the return of your board with only a small fixed inspection fee or secondly, we could offer an alternative replacement unit at a very competitive price. | |||
| The present repair time is approximately 15 days and will be suitable for customers with a spare parts store i.e. non-urgent status. | |||

| 1. Email your circuit board/ teach pendant details to us, include the part number, for example DSQC 103 | |||
| 2. We reply, giving you our current, up to date price in GB Pounds for the repair. | |||
| 3. You post the circuit board to us at the attached address along with payment by cheque. | |||
| 4. We repair and fully test the board. (see conditions) | |||
| 5. We return the circuit board to you along with a fault report | |||
